Makes no sense why it should, but I'm definitely not complaining.

I made sure to place it at the bottom of the load order, so it overwrites everything, got a bunch of Debug console errors, but tried it anyway. Didn't work and AI continued to dump the rods in the locker until one caught on fire.
I don't understand why ITA's mod author can't just come up with an AI solution or provide an alternative with just the fuel rods deleted, or something. Goes through the trouble of making a massive overhaul, but deleting a few lines and offering it as an alternative is too much, I guess.
