Utility car 150 Heavy

Description
The UC 150 Heavy is a utility vehicle made to move cargo from point A to point B. Or, it's used as a recovery vehicle for broken down vehicles, However, due to it's low capacity it can only cargo small parts and is therefor not suitable to tow or transport heavy, medium, or light tanks.
