Dynamic Recon Ops - Scottish Highlands.

Description
This is a port of mbrdmn's Dynamic Recon Ops for the Scottish Highlands map by Big Jilm. I used Livonia's version of DRO because it has Combined Arms and (I think) is the latest DRO.

Edit: I think this may be broken, but I don't have access to any of the stuff I used to make it right now so a fix is gonna take a while. Sorry!

@August yeah, sorry, it's broken for now. I don't have the time to go in and fix it at the moment.

Don't sweat it, I know from experience that removing dependencies is way more difficult than it should be

Yeah sorry, I think I messed up when setting up the spawn area and accidentally included an object with a mod dependency. It looks like all it wants is ACE though. Unfortunately I can't fix it right now, maybe I'll be able to get to it at some point in the future.

It says I can't play it without a dependent file, "ace_cargo"
