Description
Introduces buildings, jobs, and policies allowing you to customize your research concentration.

*Added three new research jobs and buildings specializing in one of the three core fields of research: Physics, Engineering, and Society. Each specialized job will contribute considerably more research of its designated field, while generating small sums of research for other fields.
*Added policy "Research Policy" for specialization into one of the three research trees, providing a boost to research gained from that tree while reducing research from other trees.

3.2 have made some changes to the modding code in trigger, scope and other aspects, you might want to take a look into it @Jahona Mona
