[REC] Pulsar class light carrier

Affectionately named 'The Catfish' by their crew and pilots alike, the Pulsar class is a small and compact, yet quite capable light carrier. It's usually seen defending REC stations and fleets orbiting Terra, due to the fact that it has a rather limited jump range. Despite the lackluster jump range, the capacity is second to none for a ship of it's size, and Pulsars have proven to be quite useful in defending Terra.
