@Sinbad the Sailor Potentially, it's something I can mess with and add as an option if it works out.

This will definitely be a tad delayed though as it seems like the plan moving forward is for the original author to merge these changes upstream and add me as a contributor to the mod, eventually scraping this one.

So it will at least have to wait until we take care of that.

@Mickmane Ah yes, glad to see you made it haha.

On March 11th of this year Klei changed the backend mod system to simply "v2". It doesn't affect the mods themselves and simply involves changes to the mod uploader and how mods are loaded into the game; however, one of these backend changes was the location that mods are stored.

So, any mods that you subscribe to that are shown to have been updated since March 11, 2021 will be found in the new location, which is: ...\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\322330\[mod_workshop_id].

It confused me a little at first too because the change isn't talked about much unless you know the terms to search for.

I just subscribed to this, launched the game, checked mods, activated it, exited, saved settings, and now I wonder why I can't find it in the directory with the mods I downloaded. Any idea? (I want to make a backup.)
