Skirmisher

Description
A sleek and menacing combat ship that sports over around 33k hull while staying under the 4 slot limit of the titanium region. It does not have pds hardpoints, but it does have 7 larger hardpoints to make up for it.

The ship is made out of iron, but it can be upgraded to higher materials for significant performance gains. (much, much faster when upgraded)

I'm going to make an enhanced version that will go up to the 6 slot limit that will utilize stacking (yes they said they fixed it in the beta, but it still works so long as your smart with it). It will hopefully end up with way better stats.
