Compatible with any mods that don't adjust realm laws or opinion modifiers.

- Increased same culture opinion from 0 to 30.
- Increased different culture, same culture group opinion from 0 to 15.
- Increased same trait opinion from 5 to 10.
- Increased same dynasty opinion from 5 to 50.
- Decreased short reign years from 10 to 2.
- Increased offensive war grace period for penalty to begin from 6 months to 120 months (10 years).
- Reduced penalty for powerful vassal not being on the council from -40 to -10.
- Increased vassal opinion for being on the council from 10 to 50.
- Increased virtuous trait opinion from 10 to 20.
- Increased max duchies before opinion penalty from 2 to 4.
- Increased predecessor positive opinion scaling from 0.25 to 1.
- Decreased predecessor negative opinion scaling from 0.5 to 0.2
- Crown and tribal authority level opinion modifiers removed.
