Pruning Uses Psychic Sensitivity

Description
One day i was fiddling around with Gauranlen trees and i discovered that Psychically Deaf Pawns can't bound with a Gauranlen tree, so i was like "Wait a minute, why does Psychic Sensitivity only play a role when it's at zero?" so I made it play a role at all times.

So now you can roleplay as a druidic circle.

Yes, anything that affects Psychic Sensitivity including Eltex gear will affect how fast you prune the trees.

Not too similiar, it just slaps stats on gear instead of binding stuff to a stat

This mod is broken and has been broken ever since Global work speed started afecting pruning speed.

unfortunatly i never quite figured out how to make these two work together.

I should probably just make a mod that does both things, that's would most likely work.

Question, does this work with your other pruning mod, as well? And is it safe to add them mid game? I've felt that this should have been a base game mechanic anyway, same with the plants work speed one, so the fact that it wasn't really drove me nuts...

Wait, vanilla didn't already have it set up like this?? Oh man, I just assumed from the way the description was worded that pruning was a psychic task so higher sensitivity would make it go faster... maybe now all my psy-focusing apparel will actually make a noticeable difference xD
