Description
An under ground base of operations for a terror cell has been discovered.
Eliminate all hostiles with extreme prejudice .
You will only require 2 Operatives for this mission.

Though you clearly ought to use a few extra weasel words like "neutralize" or "pacify" to really drive it home.
