Basically XM8 if it actually got adopted by The US, instead of making up some weak ass excuse of "It isn't compatible with our current hardware."
You are the USMC, who has billions to spend...

Instead, they choose SCAR, which is not bad...but since they ultimately decide to keep the AR15s all I can think of now is how many shady transactions are between them arms manufacture again.
Not that I am against the M16s and the M4s, but if you are not going to change, why even have the contest?

At least Malaysian Special forces have the taste to use this gun.

Anyway, it holds 40 rounds, fires 5.56×45mm NATO cartridges, and is more accurate than the m16s, I think.

"who has billions to spend" We're talking about a component of the US Government. They're not capable of doing anything efficiently, especially spend money.
