Closed Custom Chunks

This is the exact same thing as the Closed Vanilla Chunks pack, just using some of my custom chunks as the starting point instead. So go read that description and pretend I wrote it again here.

This pack just adds 69 new-ish chunks that are closed variants of some from a wide array of my other packs, including SoV, the flavor packs and even some sneaky peakies at stuff that hasn't been released yet. They are mostly empty aside from the occasional night guard, janitor or sleeping owner. Several of them also have secret backroom meetings between gang members, hackers and other fine folk. You probably don't want to interrupt them, people haaaate when their schemes get interrupted.
