Description
A country which declared its independence from the Kartos Republic and revolted.
A slender, winged Hippocamp yielding a double-bannered standard.
Freedom for the people and prosperity for all clades.

Part of a collection of banners by me.
Meant to be somewhat immersive.
Works best with the District mod.
