I don't know to what extent it's still possible to do so though, with the updated culture patch

Would be interesting to have cultured versions like CK2 for tribal, muslims etc; and even more specific for german, french, italian, spanish etc.

@BigBen Could you take a look at what is causing this to no longer work with the current version of CK3 so I could correctly implement it, would be very much appreciated.
