Lenient Megastructures

Description
Ever wanted to put all your eggs in one basket? This mod allows you to place megastructures in far more locations including systems with other megastructures, around habitable planets, and even in systems with Ring Worlds (who can be told not to eat all their local planets upon construction).

Compatibility:
Will not be compatible with any mods that alter the properties of vanilla megastructures, and will not apply to megastructures added by mods.

Multiplayer: Should work if everyone has it installed.
Achievements: No.

Features:
-Multiple megastructures can be built in a single system.
-Every megastructure except the Aetherophasic Engine can be built an unlimited amount of times per empire*.
-Megastructures built around planets [Science Nexus, Habitats, etc.] can now be built around habitable planets and functional Ring World segments [1 per segment / 4 per Ring World].
-The Mega Shipyard can be built around black holes, neutron stars, pulsars, binary and trinary stars.
-Ring Worlds can be built around black holes.
-Ring Worlds can be built in systems with no planets.
-A policy is added ["Ring World Material Sourcing"] which allows toggling whether Ring Worlds remove local planets upon construction.

*The AI will try to build each megastructure at least once before building duplicates, but may start spamming its favorite after that.

Adding/Removing to ongoing save:
-Adding this mod to a save will cause some [purely visual] issues. Planets that already have megastructures around them will not prevent you from placing a second megastructure in orbit, which will cause clipping. Players can easily avoid this, but the AI doesn't know not to [and it placed a megastructure around that planet for a reason and will gladly place another].
-Removing from an ongoing save should not cause any issues. There may be some left over tags on planets [visible with debugtooltip], but nothing but this mod should reference them so they shouldn't ever cause any issues.

Known issues:
-Once a Dyson Sphere has been upgraded to a frame [first stage after foundation], Ring Worlds and Mega Shipyards can no longer be constructed around that star. If you want both in a system, place at least the foundation of the Ring World and/or Mega Shipyard before the Dyson Sphere frame is constructed.
-Ring Worlds may clip into innermost planets with a small orbit radius. This is purely visual, but you can use the console command: "effect remove_planet = yes" to remove offending planets.
-Balance goes out the window when you start spamming things like Strategic Coordination Centers. Most megastructure are limited to one per empire for a reason, and I'm not even going to begin to try balancing the change.

Ah, this is what I needed! I was having an issue I think due to the Plentiful Traditions 3.x mod, in which one of the traditions allows the restoration/terraforming of uninhabitable planets, where I couldn't build some megastructures anywhere because it kept saying I can't build them on habitable worlds (because most worlds are now habitable). Every mod I saw went a little overboard with the changes; this one seems to be just right, so thank you!

Amazing mod!

Any chance of a version that allows you to build some of the megastructures like the mega shipyard around binary and trinary stars without all the other stuff?
