Description
A commercial/residential block based on a building from Manaus, Brazil[www.google.com].

There is commercial space on the ground level (home to the Coliseu Cyber Cafe, from where the asset gets its name) and residential units with balconies above. The reference building also has a rooftop terrace and radio/cell transmitter tower which were both replicated in detail.

Some compromise on scale was made from the reference so that it fits on a growable lot size, but there is slight overhang on the longer lot edge.

In game, it is a high-density, growable commercial building occupying a 2x4 lot.

The painted plaster is color-variant, but you can set any color you want using the Repaint mod.

Three assets are included: a building with roof equipment, one without, and a bonus roof transmitter prop ^^

Building #1 (with roof equipment) is 6,889 tris
Building #2 (no roof detail) is 5,856 tris.
The roof transmitter prop is 1,033 tris.

All assets re-use the same 1024x1024 texture set, so please use Loading Screen Mod to save lots of memory from shared textures if you aren't doing so already!

If you only want to use one of the assets, you can delete the others from the subscription folder (Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\255710\2570720526).

Insane details, someone who understands the art, unfortunately reality is not always beautiful to look at.

Your buildings always have the perfect level of attention to detail and grime to really hit that realism sweet spot! Good job on this
