Description
Kosatka Class : A relic of the Russian Age.

The Kosatka Class nuclear-powered attack submarine (SSN) is what HKB has been known for. The class was built and designed for long patrols across the European Ridge and Cold Caverns areas, hence its extended and rather spacious crew quarters for a military vessel. Since the end of the "Russian Age" more than 20 years ago, the Kosatka followed a number of refit to keep the design "up-to-date" by featuring improved quieting measures in the style of Old-Earth submarines, modular weapons emplacements and a newly installed LiiRa built 473-B "Korall" battery. It is also important to note that almost all compartiments are on raft mounted frames to help reduce noise transference to the hull. The latest refits of 2222 removed the infamous Ultra-Quiet mode, giving the class a much needed increase in performance. During sea-trials, the Akalon achieved a record breaking 32 knots, outperforming the prior recorded speeds of 29 knots.

Pr.309 EC-228 "Kosatka" (Ru : Косатка / En : Orca)
Laid down in 2195 and commissioned in 2198 at Novokopilovka Shipyards, 12 years after the end of the Archaeological Renaissance, the Kosatka was the first of a six ship batch to provide the Habitat (and now city) with reliable long range patrol vessels. Their success segmented the relations and trust with the European Coalition toward HKB.

I really like the cutaway art of your submarine!

Sure i could do that, i haven't touched BT since 2 to 3 months ago. Let's say in a month ?
And thanks. I had plans to make others submarines but i lost interest. I might regain that interest later. ^^

There is bug with Quite Mode, when sub moving forward on with no way to control it. It happens from time to time. And I know, you put a lot of effort in all these cool features, like automated reactor or UQ mode but would you mind to recreate Kosatka in stupid vanilla fashion. And hey! Even if you don’t. Your sub is still one of the best here., its in perfect balance between style and grim realism.

Hi Zallari, is there need to support the submarine further or do you mean new designs ?
Thanks for the very kind words. ^^

Hey S'Aarum! We really appreciate your work. Are you still planning to work on updates in the future? We really loved your boat and wanted to thank you for your hard work. Thank you very much!

Oh, I'll check them, but its weird there is a bug.

I was talking about the Emergency Alarm and message alarms, the two buttons to the top left of the navigation terminal!
S'Aarum  [author] 11 Nov, 2021 @ 7:52am
Hi, Yes the UQ is broken. The red button near the UQ is the ermergency shutdown for the reactor.
Press again and reactivate the reactor to stop the alarm. For the regular alarms systems, they shoudn't have any problems.

My guy, your sub is superb. There are a few weird things happening though.
A lot of the buttons are supposed to toggle stuff but they don't. Like the alarm systems for example. I press them and they never turn off. I am also unable to turn off Ultra Quiet mode, and the sub is always stuck going 22km/h forward with no way of controlling it's horizontal speed.

Am I doing something wrong here? I am testing it in the editor.

Thanks, but they are not mine. ^^
