Description
Adds a more useful variant of the quarterstaff to the game.
Where to find:
Blueprint where all other blueprints are, weapon is all over, mongrel guards carry it. Meitou is on Meipan at Mongrel HQ

Minor issues:
- Weapon description mentions a minimum strength requirement, but it is not displayed in the weapon stats.
- Spelling error in description: "ergonimic" -> "ergonomic"
