JNR ToKi 25000 open wagon

The Japanese National Railways' Toki 25000 is an open wagon with a 36-ton load that was introduced in 1966. It was used as a general-purpose vehicle to carry a variety of loads.

Update 12/24/2023: Added the Machine to the cargo. And increased load capacity to 20.
