[CLIENT] Chat Voting

Allows you to host votings that players can participate in.

this mod works even without everyone in the lobby having it, and anyone in the lobby can participate in the vote.

use the !vote chat command to start votings.

paramters for the command are:
!vote <TheAmountOfOptionsYouWantToAdd> <TheOptions(based on the amount)> <TheQuestion>

and to vote for one of the options you simply use the v!<option> command. and example use would be:
v!yes (if one of the options used in the vote was "yes")

you can also use the !end chat command to manually end the vote in case not everyone is voting.
