Remastered Kitsune's Crossbow Mod

Description
Fixed for 41.65 (tested in SP, not tested on MP server yet)
This is a remastered version of Kitsune's Crossbow Mod and Tweaked Kitsune's Crossbow Mod. Original code is not mine-I just made some changes and fixes.

Also I would like to, as I have promised, raise awareness of the Mandela Effect!

This mod features:
- two types of craftable crossbows,
- three types of non-craftable crossbows (one is hand crossbow and two are modern type),
- three types of craftable crossbows bolts,
- two magazines with recipes,
- four books that speed up Aiming and Reloading skills training,
- known from start recipes: to make one chipped stone from four stones (no more waste) and to convert weapon upgrades to crossbow upgrades,
- you will be able to find a bit of scrap metal on high level of foraging.

Please upgrade the version to b42.

One of the many versions already attempted a B42 update but the code used to make the original (that all of the subsequent versions use) isn't work. So likely, none of the versions of the original will work. Best case scenario is that once B42 implements bows that it's code can be co-opted to recreate a crossbow mod.

The bolts double every time I hit a zombie.

don't know if there is a bug currently in my game related to this mod or something else but the bolts multiply by two every time I hit a zombie so i pretty much have infinite ammo with a silent weapon and it has really good damage.

I think the author is gone. The mod is dead. Burried in b41.

The earliest comments for b42 is dec 23. But no respond since then... too bad.

Let's move on and hoping for a good crossbow mod in b42.
