Full credit goes to littlenewbie
All I did is remove two lines from his mod "Always Angel/Devil Rooms"
The only difference is that you don't get goat head, you only get duality; you get both in the original mod.
Go like the original mod and say the creator is epic

funny thing is, im actually looking for the inverse of this. could you make it so it's always goat head but no duality? lol
