Description
I take 0 credit for the phase I and phase III variants. they were originally made by KeviDJ. All I did to them was add official Amtrak colors. And I put them on the GP7 with no dynamic brakes.

im sure- amtrak never had one but I like it plus engine that people put on amtrak look good so it fine
