Za Hando rod of discord replacement

This is a simple resource pack that replaces the Rod of Discord with the hand of the stand The Hand from Jojo's Bizarre adventure.

For now it just replaces the texture and sound effect but I might change the name and tooltip in a later update.

Due to how Terraria sound effects work the pack also causes other things to emit the sound but there isn't anything I can do about that.
