Tyres Or Tires Mod

Description
A simple mod that updates the air temptures that tires heat up and cool down at as well as the length in time it takes to push or conserve tires to point of over/under-heating

In short Bigger Operating windows for the tires so they wont heat or cool down as fast with the air temps and player input on the drivers
Also changes the rules so all series start with free choice of three dry tires

Im very open to it thank you! its a very simple mod it just makes the tires not be as affected by the air temps and you can push or conserver more
