Animated version of Undefined based off of flash Isaac and using code from Stewartisme's mod.

There is a typo in the function AnimatedItemsAPI:SetAnimationForCollectibe. Collectibe Should be Collectible. This could cause problems if other mods try to reference it to add compatibility and don't notice that it is spelled wrong.

Not sure why, but having the Classic Undefined, Fancy Crowns, and Planetarium Chance mods on prevents the Planetarium Chance mod from showing up.

@CarlosR It's a version of just the item Undefined that resembles how the item looked in flash isaac when it was a placeholder item.
