Kiruka's Skirmisher Overhaul For LWOTC (OLD, UNSUPPORTED)

Description
This mod will no longer be supported or updated going forward, due to the LWOTC Workshop release. Click here to get the new version which includes all 3 faction soldiers.

I did a bit more to the Skirmisher's main tree than I did with the Templar. For those curious, you can view the main tree here.[docs.google.com]

Of my three faction soldier overhauls, this one is the most straightward. Skirmishers in LWOTC have always been the most consistent with how they play throughout update history, so I stuck with that. Didn't need to mess with stats or create any new abilities here, just pure ability swaps.

Since the Skirmisher's specializations are the same, I'll use this space to talk about their XCOM row decks, which have actually changed a lot. New additions will be in bold.

Tier 1 now contains the following abilities: Tear Down, Needle Grenades, Target Focus, Zone Of Control, Lick Your Wounds, Suppression, HEAT Warheads, Bandolier, Blademaster, Paramedic, Phantom, Take Under, Drive Out, and Grazing Attacks.

Tier 2 now contains the following abilities: Blinding Fire, Full Throttle, Ever Vigilant, Steadfast, Low Profile, Trench Warfare, Damn Good Ground, Hail Of Bullets, Survival Instinct, Keen Edge, Locked On, Return Fire, Hidden Reserves, and Marauder.

Tier 3 now contains the following abilities: Eat This!!, Snake Blood, Adrenaline, Evasive, Forward Operator, Bull Rush, Recharge, Interrupt, Combatives, Fastball, Call For Fire, Parkour, Whirlwind, and Lightning Reflexes.

Tier 4 now contains the following abilities: Disabling Shot, Saturation Fire, Nimble Hands, Crusader's Rage, Resilience (Shadow Ops), Heavy Hitter and Slice And Dice.

Mod Requirements

In addition to the requirements listed on the side, Long War of the Chosen is required. There's not really much point to this mod otherwise. Make sure you're running the latest version.

While not at all a hard requirement, I highly recommend Mod Jam if you're a LWOTC player.

Known issues

If Long War of the Chosen's Skirmisher tree is not being overridden with this one, you may have to copy and paste the ranks from XComClassData.ini into LWOTC's, over the relevant Skirmisher lines there. This shouldn't be necessary, however.

Conflicts

There should be no conflicts to speak of.

If you think you should be credited, let me know and I'll do so ASAP.

@Kiruka I had used givefactionsoldier for testing. Various perk from LWOTC were unavailable. It's a mod conflict but strangely enough only perks from skirmisher and reaper were missing. I spent a day trying to fix it but I gave up in the end and just modified the ini to give skills that I knew worked.

@Umbris After you paste the config on top of LWOTC's, make sure you respec your faction soldiers. LWOTC has the respecselectedsoldier command for this purpose, which you can use while viewing the soldier you want to respec in the Armory.

I am having a issue with all three of the WOTC class overhauls. Abilities aren't showing up or not being changed from what they were in LWOTC. I have installed all dependencies and have gone into the LWOTC class data ini for LWOTC and pasted over the relevant data. Any ideas on what I might have missed.
