Cursed or Panicked?

Fixes the Cursed and Panicked animations, so they no longer look the same as Taunted.

There already exists a distinct purple curse animation from when a unit is cursed by Inflict Curse, as well as a reddish panic animation for when a unit is panicked by the rogue's panic spells. This mod aims to implement these for Fear Strike, Throw Curse, Cause Fear and ... That thing, you know the scary thing that Dragons have that when you hit them you get panicked my brain has a total blackout hey ho

This is purely cosmetic but for some reason the mod needed a high priority not to be overriden by something in my mod library. Please let me know if there are any issues.
