True Magnum(Deagle Slot) Script

Upgrades(and rebalances) the deagle(magnum, whatever) to be much more accurate, and deal much more damage. Recoil is also mitigated to allow easier consecutive shots. Magazine also adjusted to 10 rounds.
The main focus with this was to make the magnum worth picking up, especially among my other secondary scripts, so it feels far more useful. This script makes the deagle handy against specials and lines of infected.
