Subject management UI

Description
Adds simple screen into diplomacy window that shows all your subjects, opinions and their loyalty.

!! IMPORTANT !!

The subject screen updates on monthly tick. That includes game launch.

Should be compatible with better UI and Invictus as far as I can tell. I think it removes "sell province" from invictus, not sure though if it was its feature or I'm mixing it with something

@SheMullet Was it a new save game or did you load an existing one ? I fixed a bug where it did not filter out no longer existing countries and it was causing a crash in my existing save game.

@SheMullet thats sad to hear. I've played a whole campaign with the same combination as you and didin't have a problem...Not sure how to troubleshoot the problem

I play with Invictus and the Navigable rivers mod that is compatible with it, but this mod causes the game to crash after a few months. I disabled this one and it works perfectly now. I really like this one so hopefully you can figure something out

@Dust_18 As far as I can tell it is. I'm playing with those mods too and I didin't have any issues. I had this info in the description but steam trimmed it for some reason. Added it back in.

Is it compatible with Invictus or Better UI?
