Description
The Ranger class SSTO's are certified for Single-Stage-To-Martian-Surface without refueling. This version is made for cheap, reliable and reusable tourist travel between Kerbin and Minmus.

Controls
AG[1] - Toggle R.A.P.I.E.R. Mode
AG[2] - Toggle R.A.P.I.E.R. Engines
AG[3] - Toggle Nerv Engines
AG[4] - Toggle Ladders
AG[6] - Toggle Cargo Bay + Toggle High Gain Antenna
AG[0] - Toggle Control Surfaces

IMPORTANT: TURD, TweakScale and ReStock required
