I saw a buggy with plates on the road yesterday, in clear visibility of a cop who didn't care so yeah, go ahead.

Good idea! I'll just slap some plates on my 1,000hp buggy and it will be road legal! Brilliant!

I mean, any light vehicle that meets the standards is legal here, at least Ubilts, so i don't see what's stopping a kart sold by a company that makes road cars

I would still assume this gets pulled over more then you'd think.
