UI Overhaul Dynamic QHD 24-Inch Display Fix [ABANDONED]

Description
Mod is abandoned as now I have a 27-inch display.
Feel free to develop this mod's legacy by yourself if you want to. Or go the other way around by using image scaling in Nvidia control panel on 1080p with 25% sharpness.

Hello, everyone!
This mod adds support for 24-inch QHD (2560x1440) displays to make it playable with UI Overhaul Dynamic with 1.3 scaling factor.

Important note:
Put this mod below UI Overhaul in PDX launcher.
Mod fixes things like: too long list of envoys that can't fit in display's space, ship designer(!), open galaxy view button, ascension perks and other stuff. There are not much things fixed, i just made UI Overhaul playable on not so large displays, tell me if i am missing any.

Remember, comrade, by downloading mods for free you support communism! This isn't a bad thing, though :)

@Mine, sorry, I don't play Stellaris so much anymore. Maybe I will update this mod in summer, maybe not. You can use @Builder solution.

Game crashing on launch..

Any chance of this mod getting updated?

Actually using Nvidia image scaling in control panel on 1080p 25% sharpness gives better results for me than this mod did (If I'm remembering it correctly), So that's a good option if anyone else is trying to find a solution.

Yes, It's specifically a G7 Odyssey (which is only 27 or 32 inch). UI overhaul doesn't scale up QHD so I dunno about calling it compatible.

@Builder, are you sure that you have a 27 inch display? UI Overhaul has official compability with QHD 27 inch displays. :)

Yea using this on 1.3 scaling the only problems I noticed was the go back to galaxy view button being unclickable (it's not to the left like it is for that other guy, seems to be offscreen for me) and generals being alllllmost offscreen (still usable though).
