Description
A 121m (400 ft) tall residential tower located on the East River, New York City.

Real life stats

Years: 1971-1974
Floors: 41
Coordinates: 40°44'12"N 73°58'26"W

In-game stats

Footprint: 5x5
Main model: 2904 tris, 2048x1024, d/n/s/i maps.
LOD: 270 tris, 256x256.
RICO settings: High density residential lvl 5, 40 households.

Without RICO mod this building will work as a park, so this mod is optional.

Interesting fact: this complex was built on top of a pile of WW2 rubble brought from England as ship ballast.

Motivation

I made this asset just because I want to improve my modeling skills in Blender. This is also my first contribution to the workshop, so any suggestions and likes are welcome.

Reminds me of the River park towers in the Bronx

@ÆK47: Looking it up, it seems that Waterside Plaza actually WAS built on British soil. Sort of. Interesting story: it was a landfill made of ballast used by US ships--rubble from the bombing of Bristol during WWII.

@Cateinum Actually I agree. I stand corrected. Thanks again for the model. :)

You can't plop a unique building multiple times so it makes perfect sense to be a park

It is somewhat annoying this acting as a park without RICO instead of a unique building which makes more sense. Looks good in my city thanks!

These are so cool! Fantastic assets. These buildings share some similarities to the larger River Park Towers up in the Bronx on the Harlem River.

Want a list: 9 Dekab, One Manhattan West, 3 Hudson blvd, 220 Central Park, 125 Greenwich, Eight Spruce St, Bloomberg Tower, Carnegie Tower, Four Seasons Hotel Tower, Lincoln Center Complex, American Museum of Natural History. Lots of things our Virtual NYC's could use. Wish i know how to make my own content.
