I meant the code where you encounter the Laborers staying in the cafeteria at the start of the map

Unless you meant the code at the end of the level, in which case the Foreman tells you when you speak to him in the worker safe zone.

3 of the 4 digits are written in blood on the glass wall as you approach the door. If you played GOTC you might remember it, if not then I guess process of elimination.
