I found this mod to be quite helpful in a long campaign (especially at the end when you need to recruit new squad members, but you really cant use them in a battle because they're too weak and will get destroyed in one hit). Also, when used in conjunction with the Zero Legacy Points to scroll thru abilities mod, its a great way to build the characters you want without using all your legacy points that you need.

I enjoyed it, but it is WAY TOO POWERFUL.
what would I like?
Maybe just a mod that let's me equip my characters and select their initial "Feats"(?).
Two warriors: Sword and board: Shield user, Vanguard, the other? Vigilance and Paladin.
One Archer: Archery range, Archery rapid shot.
One Mystic: healing waters, inspiration.
I'd call this build; "Stick together!"

I've been using this mod for a while now, but one thing that kinda makes it too op for me is the ridiculous increase of Action Points and Movement. I like everything else as is tho.

@cypher Normally mods like this have a file in a folder you can edit yourself if you believe the stats are to high

This is great, but I'd prefer a little reduced stats. Rather than just making them OP.

This mod is great to add a little EXP to the new recruits but it'd be way too strong to use at the start of the campaign but nonetheless, great idea. If only I'm available to do or change some of this, I'd probably add that the requirement would be to have one of the current hero to train the new recruit even more, so that the new recruit can be a little bit more... Helpful...

Would you mind if I posted a version of this mod that had significantly reduced stats? I also removed a lot of excess files like the in battle buffs, so that it is just the job training portion.

This works, but i don't want to just win EVERYTHING, just wanted a little buff.

I've gotten this to work, but I'm trying to figure out how to tone down the abilities it adds on, if not remove them. Gets a bit too out of hand for me.

Never mind, it's my own fault. I had both this and the normal training mod on without realising
