[CLIENT] Konami Keybind

Description
No more ↑↑↓↓←→←→BA, one button and you are gone!

UPDATE! Title Screen softlock is no longer a thing! Now when you konami in the title screen you automatically resurrect.

This mod adds a keybind in the controls menu to KONAMI easily. (See image #2)

[Note] To avoid unfortunate accidents, there is no default key, you have to set it yourself.

[Note] To counter spam, I added a little cool down, which is approximately the same ammount of time a normal Konami takes. (Around 1.15s.)

Huh that's odd, open Duck Game's steam settings and check if you are running it with -nomods as the argument by any chance
