I decided to upload my NPC Arena map to the workshop. If anyone wants to edit this map they can. This map took me only around 30 minutes to 1 hour to make.

I don't think so, but you can generate one with using the console commands: nav_generate. The map is pretty small so it shouldn't take too long to generate.
