Echo Lance - Precision quick chaos

This is still in active development, but I thought I'd go ahead and publish what I have so far. Let me know what breaks.

Left Click: POW
Left Hold: pew pew pew pew pew pew
Right Hold: zoom + slowmo + outline target

Oct 21, 2021 Update:
Better performance.
Packs more of a punch on first shot.
Fires at 60Hz now.
Removed mass limitations - have fun force-pushing whole buildings now.

Did a little more tuning. Seems to be more controllable and performs a little better now.

Oct 7, 2021 Update:
I'm still refactoring into Echo Lance 2, but I've ported some new features over just to give you a taste.
-The impacts make cone-shaped deep holes now
-Better performance even with higher rate of fire
-Fixed debris velocity (Now debris doesn't exceed the speed of light on occasion. Yes it really did. I can't math.)
-Debris along the projectile trail now gets kicked a little.
-Smoke and fire along the trail are also blown around a bit.
