[TFA] 75 Slot Spawn Template v3.2

Updated Spawn Template for [TFA] mission makers.

All uniforms, vests, backpacks have been selected for:

- High Capacity

- Good Ballistic protection

- Mid-range camo tones effective for most terrains without change. (M81 Standardized)

- All Uniforms able to display Squad Patch on Left Arm

Helmets are identical for all units to aid in PID and prevent Blue on Blue.

Uniform and backpacks contain a standardized load-out for each role so that mission makers don't have to start from scratch with every units load-out.

Hermes Squad is equipped with full Vanilla load-out which should be good for any modern mission scenario without change.
