You thought the range of the vanilla university was bad, but this one is not really better. Yes it has more range and more capacity, but if it's to get only 1 000 people inside... what's the point?

The range is now extended to 10 000 (covers the large majority of the map) and it now has parking and decorations to get softer to the eye, while costs are kept the same.

It's originally a building from the Green Cities DLC, but normally it should work if you don't have it.
