Abandon Sector

Description
Adds a decision to sector capitals, which destroys all Starbases, Mining and Research Stations within the sectors' borders. The decision itself triggers a confirmation event, to prevent accidentally destroying half your empire. Accepting this will trigger the event to destroy everything.

Though I made this for personal reasons, I imagine some others could find a use for it, freeing up space for seeding new life or scorched earth tactics for instance.

Costs
These costs represent the logistical costs of abandoning the sector.
  • 5k Energy
  • 2.5k Minerals
  • 500 Alloys

Compatibility
I don't see what this would be incompatible with, let me know if I'm wrong though please.

Suggested mods

Planned

Some kind of inbuilt resettle functionality similar to the above mod, though possibly not the same execution. This will probably also be an optional side effect of an event chain, allowing people to pick and choose how to use it. Possibly also an option to send the inhabitants of your sector 'back to the stone age' metaphorically or in actuality, though I'd probably favour a later primitive age personally or random.

Oh, I needed this. Was trying to figure out a way to enable digging archeology sites outside of my empire, because too many event mods cause about half a dozen of those and they make you over-expand, this will be the perfect workaround. :D
