rp_evocity_v2d Cleanup

This cleans up rp_evocity_v2d and rp_evocity_v2d_updated. On other maps it does nothing.

Clean up List:
- Removes the lose physics objects laying around the map
- Removes the whale spawner
- Removes the forcefields from the tall building with a lift
- Removes the forcefield from the jail area
- Removes the forcefields from the lab
- Locks the nexas doors
- Removes the breakable doors and stuff from around the map
- Removes the Incinerator (It can be used for mass griefing if you know how)

To fix the lifts (make them go faster and have a button for each floor) as well as fixing the cave, please use this modified version of the map:
