2800-2900 DV after orbiting, can land on mun surface and back without refueling.
Launch procedure:
Pitch 20 degrees under 5000m
Pitch 15 degrees 5000-7000m
Pitch 10 degrees 7000-8000m
Pitch 5 degrees 8000-12000m
Stop interfereing after 12000m
When speed goes down, turn on nuclear engines.
