Poison vial

Adds an item to replace the poison fangs function as a trigger for poison attacks.

now you don't have to decide to either craft a weapon, or use it as a trigger instead.

just add poison dust to a beer.

beer is used because
1. its already a liquid,
2. slightly harder than using an empty bottle.


fangs can still be used as poison triggers, this just gives a new option.


also the journal entry is just for regular trigger stones. no lore for you.
