Description
An attempt to redesign and improve the B-103 in any and every way possible. They wanted it to be the "Ultimate MBT". Well, it didn't go according to plan. Funding ran out much sooner than expected, and they weren't able to get any more. So, this is the result of what happens when you try to design a perfect main battle tank, but don't have enough money. Although, the officials of the The People's United State of Ceraecon liked the design so much (and saw potential), that they ordered to have 500 built. It now serves along the B-103.
