QuickStart Custom Class Compatibility

Description
Makes QuickStart compatible with custom/modded classes by adding an event that spawns Avatars for anyone that doesn't have them.
Doesn't touch the mage spawnrates that QuickStart also adjusts, since I don't think that would be possible with an event really.
Requires QuickStart.

Special thanks to Klockan3, for making QuickStart, and Faheelee, since I got the idea from his Starting Defense Only mod.

it should work with pretty much anything, all it does is fire an event for each player on turn 0 that checks to see if they have an Avatar, and if they don't, it gives them one.

Apperantly you need to be slot 1 for this to work with Secret Classes, unsure if other mods are to blame for it currently.
