55 Ton Hopper Pack

Description
Had this lying around, so here I am uploading them!

This pack is for stationmasters 90T hopper, and upon research, the hopper is almost to a T with 30s-50s 55T hoppers, so I decided to make a batch of a livereis based off them, and in this pack includes:

Virginian Railway
Detroit, Toledo, and Ironton
Milwaukee Road
Norfolk and Western
Pennsylvania Railroad
and Delaware and Hudson

and each livery has 4 variants, that being Stone/Aggregate, Sand, Coal, and a empty/unloaded variant for peak operations!

What's the base mod? They don't work.
