Large Boi Power Grid

Description
It's a power grid.

LET ME SHOW YOU ITS FEATURES HAHAHA.

==========

The Large Boi Power Grid is a one-sub-fits-all grid system packed with essential features and a couple quality-of-life additions.

Comes with a 'Clean' variant that has components locked and labeling removed.

==========

::Battery Array::
The quad battery array comes with a Battery Smoother logic circuit to control recharging, with an aggressive max recharge up towards 90%.
Total Battery Charge is averaged and displayed in a nearby Text label that can be moved somewhere convenient for the Engineer on-board.
Attached to the battery relay is a Relaybatt:tm:, providing unmatched performance alongside unparalleled control. Please consult your Relaybatt:tm: manual for operating instructions.

::Reactor::
The Reactor comes equipped with a Fission-override circuit. This circuit sets the reactor fission rate to 0 while docked to a station, and will return to normal use once disconnected. A better alternative to shutting off the Reactor when docked, and forgetting that fact when taking off.
A Fuel-out alarm is also attached, to notify crew members when reactor fuel is out. When fuel is out/missing, Battery recharging will be set to 0%.

::Voltage Checker::
The Voltage Checker is a small battery meant to be hid away on the sub. It's purpose is to see if there is power incoming from the docking hatch. While docked and receiving power from a Station, the reactor will have its' fission rate set to 0, and the relaybatt will be turned off. Batteries will be set to charge. The Station power will then provide power to the grid. When undocked, the battery will quickly drain, turning the Reactor and Battery array back on.

::Manual Override::
Grid comes with a toggle-able manual override to turn ship grid power on/off. Fission will = 0, Relaybatt recharge% = 0.
It comes in the form of an RS Latch relay, which will change state when receiving a pulse input.
Which means... instead of the current button, it can be wired to your Nav terminal and toggled from there, and/or from multiple attached buttons.

==========

::Modes of Operation::
Docked - Reactor = OFF, Battery Array = OFF, Battery Recharging = TRUE
Active - Reactor = ON, Battery Array = ON, Recharging = TRUE
Out of Fuel - Reactor = OFF, Battery Array = ON, Recharging = FALSE
Manual Off - Reactor = OFF, Battery Array = OFF, Recharging = FALSE

This is largely out of date. They changed how power works a few years ago.

When i try to use it the reactor never activates when i test my ship and then it runs off battery power and never brings the reactor online to charge the batteries.

Trying it out on my new Tier 1 build. seems to be working ok. :)

Hmm I'm trying to use this, but when my reactor is off/not outputting, the battery array doesn't appear to supply power...any thoughts? Is there something I'm missing for changing modes?
