Description
Makes Ctab Helmet Camera weigh slightly more while giving it mine detector functionality.
This bypasses the "which part of your kit is your mine detector in?" glitch caused by an error in its initial creation.
Future feature updates to cTab items to come.

Wardogleader59 correct to my knowledge all the various reuploads of Ctab use the same classnames I patch over.

Am I correct in assuming this fix doesn't rely on a specific version of cTab? I'm using the devastator edition
